The band is going to perform at the biggest venues of Europe, Australia and Japan. In April 2009, The All-American Rejects are set for a large-scale tour to promote their last to date record. In the States this album, titled When the World Comes Down, saw light in December 2008. To produce the album in time, The All-American Rejects were even forced to cancel a row of scheduled gigs. After that, the guys made a decision to focus on the preparation of the next album and considerably reduced their concert occupation. The same year, The All-American Rejects worked hard to hold numerous performances and wasted no time during intermissions as they managed to deliver the EP Bite Back and record the soundtrack to Meet the Robinsons. This impressive work eventually brought the musicians the MTV Video Award. The video for Move Along was shot in 2006 and received heavy airplay on MTV. The All-American Rejects showcased that they were a big band with big ambitions unlike numerous one-hit acts. The album was an excellent seller and eventually earned the golden certificate. It was a top class record prominent for the hit Dirty Little Secret. In 2005 they came back with the sophomore effort Move Along. Within the following two years, the new stars abandoned the studio and toured the USA actively. In Britain the new edition included the bonus track The Cigarette Song. In 2003 the re-edited version of the group’s debut album The All-American Rejects hit the stores. The cooperation with the big company became one more significant event in the band’s biography. The gifted guys from All-American Rejects and the music they produced interested the management of DreamWorks Records interested. As a single, this hit entered four Billboard charts and brought the group a tremendous global popularity. Nevertheless, it was not the album, but its song Swing, Swing that made The All-American Rejects truly famous.
